Technical Support for our Products
If you need support with our products, please use our Contact form.
When contacting us for support, please note the following points:
- We provide support for our commercial (paid-for) products, including shareware and trial/demo versions.
- We cannot guarantee support for our free products, but we will respond as time permits.
- We do not provide support for discontinued products, including GoLive Actions and the other items here.
- We cannot respond to support requests for third-party applications.
- If you require assistance with Cocoa programming or AppleScript, we provide development services for those technologies, at a competitive hourly rate. We look forward to working with you!
Many of our products include online help, "Read Me" files and sometimes also FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions and answers); be sure to check those too.
